Terms & Conditions
1. Terms of Use
Welcome to Free to Feed™, a website located at www.freetofeed.com (the “Site”) and operated by Free to Feed Inc. (“Free to Feed™,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Free to Feed™ provides the Site and a suite of services and resources—including the Vana Virtual Allergy Navigation Assistant (the “AI Platform”)—collectively referred to as the “Services.” These Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By accessing or using the Services, you (i) confirm that you are at least 18 years old, (ii) accept this Agreement in full, and (iii) represent that you have the right, authority, and capacity to do so. If you do not agree to all provisions of this Agreement, do not access or use the Services.
2. Medical Disclaimer
2.1 Educational Purpose Only
THIS SITE AND THE AI PLATFORM DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. All content—including text, graphics, images, and information—made available through the Services is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified physician or other healthcare provider.
2.2 Automated Content
Portions of the Services are generated automatically by the AI Platform using machine-learning models and proprietary datasets. The AI Platform is an informational tool only; it does not practice medicine, diagnose conditions, or recommend treatment, and no interaction with the AI Platform creates a physician–patient relationship.
2.3 Professional Guidance
Always seek the advice of your physician, pediatrician, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, dietary change, or elimination diet, and before acting on any information obtained through the Services.
2.4 Medical Emergency
If you believe you or your child is experiencing a medical emergency—including, but not limited to, anaphylaxis—call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Content generated by the AI Platform is not monitored in real time and cannot respond to emergencies.
3. No Representations
Free to Feed™ makes no representation or warranty as to the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, usefulness, adequacy, or suitability of any information contained in or generated by the Services—including AI-generated content—and does not warrant against human or machine error, omissions, delays, interruptions, or losses.
4. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy (www.freetofeed.com/privacy) to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information—including data processed by the AI Platform—when you access or use the Services. By using the Services, you signify your agreement to the Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions and Accounts
5.1 Subscription
Some Services may be offered on an annual subscription basis (each a “Subscription”). Different Subscription tiers may provide access to different features. Prices are subject to change at any time. If your Subscription includes free consultations (“Consultations”), each Consultation must be scheduled and completed within one year of your Subscription start date; unused Consultations expire after one year.
5.2 Gifting a Subscription
You may gift a Subscription (“Subscription Gift”) to a chosen recipient or allow Free to Feed™ to select a recipient. Once your payment method is charged, a Subscription Gift is non-refundable.
5.3 Account Creation
To use certain features, you may need to register an account (“Account”). You represent that all information you provide is accurate and agree to keep it updated. You may delete your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your Account as provided in § 19.
5.4 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard credentials.
5.5 Refund Policy
Refund requests for Subscriptions are honored if received within five calendar days of purchase. Requests after five days will not be honored. Subscription Gifts are non-refundable.
6. Mobile Apps
We may offer a mobile application (the “App”). The App may include access to the AI Platform; AI-generated content is subject to these Terms.
You may not: (a) modify, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App; (b) rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, or distribute the App; (c) copy the App; (d) bypass or interfere with security features; or (e) remove proprietary notices.
We may automatically update the App on your device; these Terms apply to all updates. Third-party App Stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) have their own terms, which you must follow.
7. Rights and Licenses

11. Links to Other Sites and Materials
The Services may contain links to third-party websites (“Third-Party Sites”). We do not control and are not responsible for Third-Party Sites or their content. Your use of Third-Party Sites is at your own risk.
You may link to our Site for non-commercial purposes provided the link is fair, legal, and does not imply endorsement. We may revoke linking permission at any time.

Any reliance on AI-generated content is at your sole risk.
16. Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your User Content. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including indemnity, disclaimers, limitation on liability, and dispute-resolution provisions) will survive.
