Free to Feed App Closure

The Free to Feed app will close on December 31, 2025.

We know this isn't the news you were hoping for, and we're sorry to add one more thing to your plate. Here's what's happening, why, and what you can do.

Why is the app closing?

Our development partner recently informed us that meeting new app store guidelines would require a significant and unexpected investment. After careful consideration, we made the difficult decision to close the app rather than pull resources away from consultations, courses, and expert support, the services that have the greatest impact for families navigating food reactivity.

This wasn't the outcome we wanted. But we believe it's the right call for the community we serve.

Timeline

Now through December 31, 2025: The app remains fully functional. Export your data anytime.

December 31, 2025: The app will officially close and no longer be accessible.

How to export your data

Your tracking data represents real work. Every meal logged, every symptom recorded, every pattern you noticed. We want to make sure you don't lose it.

To export your data: Inside the F2F app, tap on "My Data Exports" then "Export" on the next screen. We recommend exporting your data as soon as possible so you have it saved before the closure date.

Where to continue tracking

We've partnered with MapMyMilk, a food journaling and symptom tracking app built for exactly this kind of work. MapMyMilk will serve as the official tracking tool for Free to Feed consultants and clients moving forward.

What's not changing

The app was one tool in your toolkit, but Free to Feed is so much more than an app.

Our consultations with credentialed experts (IBCLCs, registered dietitians, nurses, and physicians) are still here. Our courses are still available. Our commitment to evidence-based, compassionate support for families navigating food reactivity isn't going anywhere.

We're sorry

We know how overwhelming this journey already is. Adding a transition to a new app during an already exhausting season isn't what we wanted for you. Thank you for your patience and for trusting us to support your family. That trust means everything to us.

With gratitude,
Dr. Trill Paullin, Dr. LaChiana Hamilton, and the Free to Feed Team
